It carries score and progress evidence, remediation status, and a plain statement of scope and limitations — the format third parties expect to file, not a marketing document.

Scheduled scans run daily, weekly, or monthly per domain, alerts are routed by client, and remediation is tracked in Priorities — so the report reflects the month as it happened, not the afternoon you assembled it.
